Prime Quality

If you've ever stood in a grocery aisle wondering what's really in the beef you're buying, or wishing you could stock your freezer with cuts you actually trust, our ⅛ Beef Share is for you.

With approximately 50 lbs of premium American Wagyu beef raised right here on our Colorado ranch, you'll enjoy a wonderful variety of steaks, roasts, slow-cooking favorites, and everyday essentials without needing a large freezer.

Here's what you'll enjoy:

• Steaks for every occasion: tenderloins, ribeyes, New York strips, and top sirloin steaks for everything from special dinners to backyard grilling

• Roasts & comfort cuts: flavorful roasts and short ribs perfect for slow-cooked family meals

• Weeknight favorites: tenderized cube steaks and stew meat for easy, hearty dinners

• Soup bones: perfect for making rich, nourishing broths and homemade stock

• Everyday ease: single-sourced ground beef in convenient 1 lb packages

Buying in bulk means greater savings compared to purchasing individual cuts, while giving your family the confidence of having clean, ranch-raised beef on hand with no hormones, no antibiotics, and no dyes.

Every animal is a little different, and that's part of buying beef straight from the ranch! Your ⅛ Beef Share will average around 50 lbs, but the final weight depends on the size of the animal and how much beef it yields after processing. And here's the best part: You only pay for the actual pounds of finished, packaged beef you receive. Not live weight. Not hanging weight. Just the beef that goes into your freezer!

The ⅛ Beef Share is a wonderful way to experience the benefits of buying directly from our family's ranch. It's small enough to fit comfortably in your freezer but offers enough variety to make meal planning easier for weeks to come.

With a share like this, dinner isn't a scramble. It's already waiting for you!

How Does It Work?

Step 1: Reserve your ⅛ Beef Share (approximately 50 lbs) by purchasing this ⅛ Bulk Beef Deposit.

Step 2: Choose to pick up your beef at one of our two Colorado locations (Holyoke, CO or Loveland, CO), or have it SHIPPED FOR FREE! (Insert happy dance!)

Step 3: We continue raising your beef on the beautiful pastures of Colorado, keeping you involved every step of the way with updates on your beef's progress. Our beef harvest season is February–May.

Step 4: Our craft butchers dry-age your beef for 14–21 days, developing that amazing flavor and tenderness we're known for. Once your beef has been cut, packaged, frozen, and returned to our ranch facilities, we'll know the exact final weight of the beef you'll receive.

Once we know the final weight of your packaged beef, we'll calculate your total, subtract your deposit, and send you an invoice for the remaining balance. You can expect that balance to be around $654, give or take a little depending on your animal's final weight. Since every animal is different, the exact amount may vary, but here's the best part: You're only paying for the beef that actually goes into your freezer! No live weight, no hanging weight, just the delicious, premium American Wagyu beef you're taking home!

Once your balance is paid, we'll coordinate your pickup or confirm your shipping arrangements. You can expect to receive your beef during March–May.

THAT'S IT! You're ready to support local ranching, fill your freezer with premium Colorado-raised American Wagyu beef, and enjoy knowing exactly where your family's beef comes from. We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way!
